Ingredients:

Take about cup of regular besan and also a cup of sugar along with 1/2 cup of Ghee and 1/2 teaspoonful of Cardamom Powder as well as Nuts.

How to prepare Besan Burfi:

Keep a non-stick type of frying pan on your burning stove at a low flame.

Add little of besan and then stir till it fries and lets out an aroma. See to it that the color does not change.

Add little bit of ghee and then mix so that it blends. Make sure that the mix as no lumps.

Add little bit of sugar and the mix well.

Get rid of the heat and put some cardamom powder.

Smear a little bit of oil on the bottom as well as sides of the tray.

Pour some of the mixture and spread the content measuring about 1 inch thick.

Sprinkle some nuts to garnish.

Then let the mixture set.

Cut out small squares of diamonds and serve.
