To make the kheer:
Carrots - 3 cubed and cooked
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 8 (soak in water and remove the skin)
Milk - 2 cups
Here is how you make the kheer:
Blend the cooked carrots, sugar, almonds and milk until smooth. Pour in a heavy pan and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes.
Refrigerate and serve.
