Banana Toast - Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Bread
2 Bananas
1 Lemon
6 - 8 Fresh Mint
4 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
Preparation method:
First toast the bread pieces
Slice the bananas into half inch thick pieces and put into a bowl.
Grate the lemon zest over the bananas.
Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl.
Add fresh mint leaves into the bowl and mix gently.
Spread 2 tablespoon of peanut butter on the toasted bread and add bananas toppings.
