Chitrangada Singh to perform an item song in Joker

Reports say that actor Chitrangada  Singh will be  performing the " second  item song" in the film Joker", which is produced by film director Shirish Kunder. Many are of course quite aware  that Sonakshi Sinha will also be doing an item song in the film, but many do not realize that Chitrangada  will  also be dancing to a song item in the film.

Incidentally, Sonakshi Sinha is the daughter of the yesteryear popular film actor Shatrughan Singh. This is  the first time that Singh would be doing an item song which happens to be choregraphed by Farah Khan.

Commenting on the performance, Kunder said that the item song has raunchy as well as rusty song. He said they were looking for fresh as well as  a sensual face and he felt Singh was the best choice. He did not favor making use of item girls for the song.
