According to the news from Times of India, they have succeeded in capturing a tape that is a conversation between two terrorists who prima-facie talked about gunning down all Kashmiris.

The video talks about the strategies that these two terrorists are developing for killing the Kashmiris and how best they can attack the opponent firing step by step. One of the two terrorists informed the other over the phone that they need to enter one-by-one and make the battle ground stronger.

The video also talks about a house that has been targeted and the two terrorists are talking about the number of people living the house and how best they attack to create the massacre. In the video, it is extremely evident that one of the terrorists saying "Kill All Kashmiris."
